The Venue:

The purpose built Wharenui Pavilion, is the ideal venue for meetings and presentations for groups from 6 to 50.

The Cuisine:

All Delamore meals are specially prepared by our executive chef and we can accommodate for most dietary requirements.

Our daily delegate rate includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner as required. Cocktails and canapés can also easily be arranged.

The Lodge:

We have on-site accommodation for up to 16 guests (twin share), for larger groups, we have close associations with many of the other accommodation suppliers on Waiheke Island and can easily arrange for the additional guests to be accommodated off-site. In these instances, we take care of all the bookings and transfers of delegates to and from Delamore Lodge, making it incredibly easy and stress-free for the organiser.

Tuesday 24th December

Check in from 2pm on Christmas Eve and be welcomed with a platter and bubbles in your room.
Join us for a delicious ‘Trust the Chef’ Set 5 Course Dinner

Wednesday 25th December

Christmas day begins with a full breakfast and a good morning coffee served in the main lodge restaurant.
Make full use of our Sauna, Jacuzzi and Swimming pool.
From 5:30pm we invite you for a Christmas themed cocktail and canape hour in the Lodge followed by a family style Christmas Day Dinner

Thursday 26th December24th

Breakfast & coffee is served in the main lodge.
