Food and wine are a key feature of Delamore Lodge and the Waiheke experience.

Our Executive Chef is inspired daily by what is grown in our own gardens and produce harvested locally and with the abundance of fish from the rich local waters your dining experience is guaranteed to be memorable.

Enjoy your choice of three or five-course set menu, along with a wide range of local award-winning wines to choose from. Or for external guests who are not staying with us we offer a special Trust the Chef option.

Gourmet breakfasts are individually tailored and can be served in the main lodge, outside on the patio or perhaps you would prefer breakfast in the privacy of your suite.  Whichever your choice, you will not miss out on the stunning view of the Hauraki Gulf.

You can also experience fine food at quality restaurants or vineyards such as Mudbrick Vineyard & Restaurant, Man O’ War, Tantalus Estate, Cable Bay Vineyard, Poderi Crisci and Casita Miro

For a more casual dining experience there is Three Seven Two, The Oyster Inn, Fenice and many more. These can be booked for you by the staff at Delamore – don’t worry about getting there, we will arrange that too!

 

Resident Guest Dining

Join us for exquisite dining experience which showcases our Executive Chef’s creative flair as he works with the very best of the produce available to us in New Zealand. Our menu changes regularly and features locally grown and sourced produce presented to provide diners with a taste and visual feast. Dietary requirements are welcome.

Dinner is available to all of our resident guests and can be included in any accommodation booking. Alternatively book our inclusive Gourmet Escape package.

  • 3 courses $145 per head | Wine Pairing add $85 per head

  • 5 courses $195 per head | Wine pairing add $120 per head

 

Visiting Guests - Trust the Chef

Bookings are essential and should be made 48 hours in advance. We require a minimum of 2 diners for this bespoke service. Please enquire for larger groups and highlight any dietary requirements with us. Available 7 days a week with the exception of public holidays.

Start the evening with a glass of bubbles and canapes and finish with coffee and fudge:

  • 5 courses at $250 per head | Wine Pairing add $120 per head

This option is available to non-resident guests. Always subject to availability. Payment required upon booking.
