Food and wine are a key feature of Delamore Lodge and the Waiheke experience.

Our Executive Chef is inspired daily by what is grown in our own gardens and produce harvested locally paired with the abundance of fish from the rich local waters, your dining experience is guaranteed to be memorable.

Immerse your senses in our Trust the Chef course dinner. Our Chef will craft a 3 or 5 course menu tailored to in season ingredients and sustainable meat and seafood, and guests can choose to pair with a wide range of local award winning wines.

We offer gourmet breakfast that can be served in the main lodge, outside on the patio or perhaps you would prefer breakfast in the privacy of your own suite. Whichever you choice, you will not miss out on the stunning views of the Hauraki Gulf.

Resident Guest Dining

Join us for an exquisite dining experience which showcases our Executive Chef’s creative flair as they work with the very best of produce available to us in New Zealand. Our menu changes daily and features locally grown and sourced produce presented to provide diners with a taste and visual feast. Dietary requirements are welcome.

Dinner is available to all of our resident guests and can be included in package accommodation bookings such as our Gourmet Escape Package.

3 course $145 per head | Wine Pairing $85 per head

Bookings are essential and should be made 48 hours in advance. We require a minimum of 2 diners for this bespoke service. Please ensure for larger groups and highlight any dietary requirements with us. Available 7 days a week with the exception of public holidays.

Start the evening with a glass of bubbles and canapes and finish with gourmet coffee and shortbread.
